We’re so sure her tremendous work on the Denverite site and on the air (check her piece on CPR tomorrow morning!) is just the start of a legendary journalism career 👏

  • The semester hasn’t even started and the awards nominations are rolling in! We’re so proud to announce that Radio 1190 is a 5X FINALIST for the @collegemedia Pinnacles this fall, including the coveted Audio Outlet of the Year — keep those fingers crossed ‘til October when the winners are announced at MediaFest ‘25! 🤞 Huge kudos to @samyuktasarma @samssarma @juanitah_23 @_lily_wright_ @celia.frazier and Vicki Valentine for their individual nominations — and all of the 150+ student volunteers who make 1190 amazing! 👏 #studentmedia #collegeradio #studentjournalists #cmdibuffs
