Become an underwriter
If you’re a Front Range business, becoming a Radio 1190 underwriter is an effective, cost-friendly way to reach our listeners and show your support for Radio 1190’s independent values. As a noncommercial radio station, Radio 1190 doesn’t run ads — which means that our underwriters aren’t just faceless advertisers, they’re a part of our community.
Underwriting packages can be customized to meet your needs, but here are a few sample packages to get your ideas flowing:
5-spot package
A basic plan to give your business exposure and airtime. Schedule 5 announcements over the course of a week, one per day in various time slots.
Package cost $125 ($25 per spot)
20-spot package
Schedule 17 spots over a two-week or one-month period in various time slots. For an upcoming event, consider more spots in less time, but if your message isn’t time sensitive, then you benefit from a longer-term schedule.
Package cost $440 ($22 per spot)
30-spot package
Schedule 30 spots over a two-week or one-month period in various time slots. This essentially means 1 spot a day for a month, or 2 spots a day for two weeks. You may air as many as 4 spots per day.
Package cost $600 ($20 per spot)
Annual package
For an annual commitment, you receive 365 spots to be used at your discretion — you could spread awareness with an announcement a day for a calendar year, or cluster spots around special events. Contact us to discuss package pricing.
